This shampoo and conditioner has changed my life! I was losing an enormous amount of hair, handfuls daily! Now, after 2 months I’m hardly losing any. I only have to clean my brush once a week instead of 4-6 times per day.

After several attempts to buy and try Batana oil from various sellers, I always got fakes from China! This is the real deal. I took the time to do some research about Batana oil, and Batana Babe came up as a reliable and recommended source in the various third-party reviews. Thank you, Batana Babe, for sourcing an authentic product. I will return with an updated review with before and after photos once I've used this product and it has had a chance to restore my hair, which I lost during chemotherapy.

In July I was diagnosed with alopecia. I have been using batana oil from you guys and it has been helping my alopecia. I am forever grateful for that. When I first started experiencing patchy hair loss from alopecia and tried steroids and everything - nothing was helping. For some reason this oil has been what’s helping the most.

The reason for the 1 star rating is i havent received my order. I ordered it on September 29 and the tracking says its coming from China not Honduras and it just shipped today. This is ridiculous, if I had known this i wouldn't have placed my order. Very Very disappointed and i am asking for a refund. Let's see how that goes. And very bad customer service they never reply back

Joyce, First and foremost you are contacting the wrong company. You ordered from Kuri Nuka ! This is Batana Babe. We ship from Philadelphia where our headquarters is. We have no order under your name - please immediately move this review to them as this type of ridiculous review on our page is harmful when it's about a completely different business. And if this is purposeful we will be pursing a defamation claim.

Not only have I found AUTHENTIC Batana oil on the first try. The customer service that accompanies the product is SUPERB! In a time where you either get one or half of one, to find both good service and good quality has totally made me happy. The batana oil I use for ends, Completely Satisfied!
