I ordered 1 liquid oil, 1 solid oil and 1 soap, from Bantan Babe on 15th August. I received 2 solid oil and 1 soap on 3rd September. This is after paying £15 for delivery. In today's global market, the time taken to deliver and then to receive a wrong item, is not acceptable. To be clear, my review is purely based on the delivery process, not the product itself as I have not used them. I bought the products as a gift for my great-niece.

The products are very great quality and have helped a lot with my hair regrow process highly recommend

UPDATE # 2 1-19-2026 I have to reduce the rating. I never saw any hair growth like claimed on site. I see less hair actually. I am not saying that the continued hair loss was cause by this product but I can say with certainty that it did not help to grow or thicken my hair. UPDATE #1 Ive been using this for about a month and wanted to update. So know that the dark batana oils stain. I cant get over the smell of barbecue sausage from the liquid batana oil and its a really messy to apply and since it stains you have to be careful with what you're touching and where the drops fall. the dark solid one also stains. so make sure if you are going to use it you are using a good water proof hair protector thats not going to leak through. I made the mistake of using just a satin scarf and wrapped my head to sleep and it stained my bedding and wouldn't wash completely out. As far as hair growth I haven't seen any hair growth but the batana oil is moisturizing and makes the end of my hair soft. The shampoo and conditioner also make my hair soft. It does take me washing my hair 2x in order to get all the batana oil washed out properly. lastly, the second jar of the dark batana oil I opened after my initial review and found that it was crystallized and so its hard to spread completely in my hair because there are little chunks of the batana oil left in my hair. review of initial findings: So I received my order a few day ago and shipping was long so I almost deducted a star but later after inquiring I was informed is because they ship in batches. As far as the service, Seller answered all my questions quickly. Although it was shipped in mailers instead of a box nothing spilled and everything arrived in tact and full. I bought the 3 different types of oil, the liquid, its a dark orange color and that one smells like smokey barbecue sauce which is odd to me for batana oil and kind of worried about ingredients due to the smell. The coldpressed, that one is cream color and the smell is nutty and melts immediately once it touches your skin making it so easy to apply and the original brown hard batana has a smell of burnt milk, It also melts but not fully and is harder to apply than the cold pressed because there are pieces that dont fully dissolve. I bought the shampoo and conditioner but have not opened that yet so I cant comment on smells. Note. I suggest using the original at night because of the strong smell and washing out in the morning if you are going to leave it in over night but would use the cold press during the dayl.

First time purchasing Batana oil. So far I like the oil, smell is not unpleasant. Easy experience to review and purchase. Excited about what it can do for my hair.

I really love this oil, especially now that you can buy the cold pressed version. Hair tends to be dryer as you get older and this is best moisturizer that I have ever used. I was actually quite surprised how well it rinses out of my hair. I really dislike shampoo and only use a cowash about once a week. I have thick but fine, wavy hair so conditioners can really be a problem for me. I also use the oil drops on my skin. A single drop covers my entire face, makes it really soft and doesn’t cause breakouts like oils tend to do. Highly recommend. I will be ordering more.
