Found an item below BassPro price. First emailed to see if they would price match. Received vague email in return. Called the number on the email. After being put on hold and employee needing to speak to superior, advised they would not price match. When ask why the reason was vague but it is because the price I found was less than a prior sale price and they won't match an item if it was below a previous Bass Pro sale price— which is basically no price matching.

After using Amazon almost exclusively, I decided to order an item from Bass Pro. It had been awhile since I had to pay for shipping, so that was kind of annoying. but what really got me is that the item takes 10 days to be delivered. That’s just unacceptable. I’ll be going back to Amazon.

I bought the 7" triple shop from Basspro, I would not recommend it because; the power/transducer plugs are slide in, not screw in as with other models, text for coordinates is small and hard to read, the micro processor is very slow causing screen refresh to be slow at times, tides work in most locations, but not all, as in not working in SF Bay but working at Halfmoon Bay. Other than that it works OK. If I had it to do again I'd buy anything but the Hook2 or just buy another Humminbird which I have three of with no complaints.

If I could give zero I would! Don't ever buy a boat from this place! Apparently you don't get a battery with it! The employees don't care about customer service because they don't get Commission. My elderly father just bought a boat and not only did they sell him a boat without the batteries..but they also didn't show him how everything worked! When he called today to ask them why they didn't put a battery in it, they blew him off and said they'd call him back. They never did! They were trying to hurry him out the door during the buying process. Took them 3 weeks to get the boat "ready" even though it was on the floor. They took over an hour to "wash" it but it had soap suds all over it. Would a car dealership sell you a car without a battery?! No! Then why did they not put a battery in a boat!? Save yourself the hassle..buy your boat elsewhere

I purchased a $100 dollar e-gift card online as a present for a family member. They recently realized that they never used it because received the card. I found the original email with proof of purchase and contacted customer support with the hope that a new card could be issued. I was told that they purge all purchase records after 18 month so they had no way of tracking its use unless I provided them with the actual card number - which I cannot do because it was never received! We have to keep personal tax records for 7 years but they get rid of purchase info after 18 months for gift cards that never expire???? What a load of nonsense! it's clearly an attempt not to help consumers recover what they rightfully paid for. Look to other companies that actually value their customers.

I have tried to order items off their website twice now and both times the items were orders just fine but then I’d get an email the next day saying it back ordered. How in today’s world they can’t keep proper inventory just shows how they fail as a company.

I live Nebr. and have a cabelas store both directions from where I live. Would always stop when traveling to check out the bargain bin, and always bought something out in the store, can't have to much stuff ya know!! Now no bargin bin, the merchandise does not seem to be the quality that cabelas had, and prices are not that great. Have not stopped the last three times I went past a store. Thinking Scheels might be my new cabelas!!!!!

Like going to 6 flags ! Lots of stuff to chose from & nice stores, Prices a little high & no store close to me !
