We have three dogs and couldn't decide which sizes to order, so we had to do an exchange. Mike made it so easy, and he went out of his way to be helpful when I had questions. The bowls are great, and the coasters and bowl holders are wonderful, too. Beautiful, well-made, modern products and fantastic service. I will definitely be recommending this small company to my friends and family!

This company genuinely cares about you and your pet. I had a last minute order change when I realized the bowls I ordered would be too small for my dog. Mike was very helpful and made the appropriate recommendations and changes to my order without issue. Great products, great customer service, perfectly packed, and fast shipping.

Very impressed by customer service and quality of product.

Very appreciative of their excellent customer service. They have a niche market of well produced products for pets. Will use them again.

Very pleased with Basis Pet! The products are of the best quality and customer service was second to none. We ordered the medium sized dog bowl and after receiving, quickly realized we should have ordered the large. I contacted them via email and had a response and prepaid shipping label within minutes. Highly recommended!

I've ordered from Basis Pet twice and both times have been very pleased with the quality of the products as well as the service. Each time I had emailed the company with questions - they were quickly answered and I got the sense that they/he was proud of the products being they offered. So much so, their name is stamped on the bottom of the bowls. Speaking of the bowls, they are lovely! All the stainless bowls (from other countries) that I've bought over the years (from other companies) are now used as saucers for my flower pots. I don't want to take any chances with the health of my 5 dogs so I'm only feeding them using the bowls I purchased at B.P. - they are made in the USA!!

Being the owner's of an AKC German Shepherd, my wife and I are always trying to 'do the right thing' for her health; both body and mind. When we came across these made in the USA dog bowls we bought them based on others positive reviews. The purchase and delivery was quick and efficient. The bowls themselves obviously well made. My Japanese wife was very impressed, and she has very high standards. I would like to conclude by saying that in all of my years of purchasing products online, this is the very first review I have ever submitted. Between the unconditional guarantee and the free return postage that was included, the personal touch from this business owner was over the top. Indeed a small business focused on the customer. The letter accompanying the product I bought - a pair of stainless steel dog bowls - promised customer satisfaction, and, boy did they deliver! I ordered the wrong size (my mistake) and when I tried to return the items through Amazon.com there was a problem (Amazon's error). When I contacted Mike at Basis Pet, he promptly arranged for a return and shipped out the correct size at the same time - no delay, no fuss.
