And, the bowl is probably a lot healthier for our dog than a plastic one might be, or a stainless steel one that could be emitting [low-level, within FDA limits] radioactivity. The first bowl I ordered was too small. I spoke with Mike and with no muss, no fuss--and no shipping charge-- he arranged for me to return the small one and get the larger one. It was like buying from a local shopkeeper whom I could trust, and who cares about what he sells, and doing right by his customers.

Before purchasing a product, I called to ask a question around 7 pm, and the owner (I think) returned my call within the hour. The products come with an informative insert about care and upkeep. I purchased two kitty bowls and a bowl holder. The bowls are very attractive stainless steal. More importantly, at long last, my cats cannot tip over or spill their water dish because of the bowl holder.
