We have moved 3 times since we started Basic Talk Service. Each time we have had no problem with our phone service. I love just having internet for my phone service. Seems like we get less sales calls, and always the connection is clear no matter where we call or receive calls from. It seems like a great way to take a little away from the giant phone companies. If Basic Talk offered internet I would grab it right away. If you haven't tried it, maybe you should! Talk to you later, with my Basic Talk connection. :)

It's the way all phone companies should be

I had never heard of this company until I walked into my local Walmart. I decided to purchase the service because of it's low price. Only $10 a month, and the starter box was free! Who could argue with that? I've had the service since October and I've never had a problem with it. It's only less than $12 after taxes and its extremely easy to install. It beats all other companies because of its affordability and ease. I'm not looking to change this company any time soon.

This service is not only wonderful...its affordable

I love my phone. I just wish it didn't have to be routed through the computer because my router sometimes decides to act up and turn the phone off. That's very annoying. Other than that, I love it.

The service is awesome. The reception is so clear; reliable; and affordable, has saved me money. I would never go back to any of the companies I tried before. Customer service is always quick, courteous, knowledgeable. You just can't beat the price.
