Clear reception is how I would describe BasicTalk service. The monthly charge is extremely affordable and reasonable and with our family being on such a tight budget, I'm thrilled to have this service which is equal, if not better, than its competitors at much higher cost. I haven't experienced any issues that require customer service which means literally, this is probably the best VoIP phone service company that anyone could ever hope for.

I love this service. I never have to worry about not having a phone. I remember the old days with AT&T and Pacific Bell. I was always stressing over how I was going to pay the bill each month or being upset because I couldn't afford long distance calls. I don't worry or stress about these things anymore. I can keep track of my mother, who lives far away and I know I always have service if I need it in an emergency. Basictalk rocks!

As an old timer who has used ATT for decades, I was very skeptical about a home VoIP system. However, I thought about how great the system at my office works so I gave it a try. It's everything you need simplified - no fuss installation - and soooo affordable

I hadn't had home service for while, when I came across Basic Talk at Walmart. I read the box and decided to give it a try. If I didn't like it I was only loosing $9.99 so no big deal. That was June 2013 & I've had exceptional service every since for $13.09/month.

Since I connected with Basictalk, I have enjoyed noise free, hassle-free and completely reliable phone service with regular billing with no additional charges! I am now a believer that one can have a reliable home phone at low cost and peace of mind. I recommend Basictalk to everyone because it makes good sense!

Until Basic talk I was paying $25 dollars plus about $8 in fees and taxes. I get the same quality of service over the same internet connection I was using for the higher priced cable phone package. I can't get a telephone account for even twice the price that performs any better than Basic Talk! Love Basic Talk, worry free and hassle free service for $11 a month including taxes, amazing.
