So good of a product. DisplayLink nails it

I purchased the crowdfunding security cameras and when I received them I thought they looked and felt like quality, unfortunately they lied about the zoom and it is nothing like stated, the quality is atrocious and grainy. I have had nothing but issues with both units and sent the uploads etc to them and never got a reply even a month later. Same issues still exist. I told them immediately I wanted to return them for a refund and they refused, simply stating that I have a warranty. What good is a warranty on a product that does not do as advertised? Both Arlo and Riolink not to mention Eufy, have better quality for same price and less with superior zoom image quality, nothing like this useless grainy image from Baseus.

Bought several items with Baseus when I was in Spain in my second home. There where delivery problems caused by the shipping company. Baseus acted very well and responded within a day for a couple of times to solve the issue. Back in Holland the last package arrived at my mainaddress in Holland. Compliments for the customer service! For the products: Nice design, quality of products is great and enjoying it right now!

I ordered a pair of Baseus Bowie earbuds from Aliexpress last week and they were malfunctioning. The ANC didn’t work at all even though I tried resetting them and downloading the specific app to change settings. I opened a return case because I thought they had a 'free return shipping' policy. To my surprise, I got a message from Baseus saying I, as the customer, have to pay the return postage myself, which is almost as much as the headphones. They even sent me their address in Chinese without taking the time to translate it. I contacted AliExpress support and received a copy‑and‑paste answer. They are dragging out the conversation without any real solutions, asking me to provide screenshot from their own page, and keep calling me 'dear'. It feels frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve read that others in the reviews saying they didn’t get the shipping fee back from Aliexpress nor Baseus, and some only got partially refunded by Baseus. I opened a case with PayPal, but I’ve read that some people didn’t get help from them either. Don't know what to do. I’m going to stop buying from AliExpress AND Baseus from now on. It's a lesson, and not worth the headache!
