Communication with customer support is very clear, the interface is user-friendly and very clear; Baselane appears to genuinely desire user feedback, and I have faith that they are acting on that feedback to continuously improve and develop an optimal platform! So far, so good!

Baselane makes it easy to collect rents for my property on the east coast and my renters have had no problems setting up their payments. Additionally, I recently was able to send a payment with a check through Baselane, which worked well. Finally, I like having the ability to set up virtual accounts to set aside for taxes, security deposits, etc. I have used Baselane for the past year.

This is probably the best business banking account you can have even if you don't have any real estate. It has a easy to use setup comes with zero fees and gives monthly interest and also cashback if you get a card.

Everyone at Baselane has been great. The team has always been very responsive and helpful. I came from Cozy..Once they were aquired by one of the big guys I went on the hunt for something that wasnt having my tenants rent portal associated with also hunting for apartments at the same time. Baselane was the answer. From seeing what I'm spending per building, per unit and the tax reporting that I can pull with a click of a button. Super happy
