BaselaneReviews of baselane.com

Baselane has made managing my properties much more easier. Payments are received without delays and the bookkeeping features is great if you’re managing expenses on your own. Would definitely recommend to any real estate investor on all levels.

Baseline a great tool set for landlords. We’re doing short term, midterm, and long-term mental. It’s a great low cost solution for landlords in the space. It’s still being actively developed and lots of great features coming.

I used to use three different tools for accounting/expense tracking, rent collection and tenant screening, and banking. I now do all those in Baselane. It also has an easy to use app which I appreciate.

Baselane has saved me hundreds of dollars a month in banking fees from Chase and bookkeeping software fees from QuickBooks. It has streamlined my rent collection. There are several features I would love including a section for handling maintenance requests, partial rent payments, and access control, but all the basics of banking and bookkeeping and reports are finally all in one place without having to rely on Plaid failing to sync transactions properly on my old system.

Awesome experience. I’ve been using for over a year and helps me streamline all my investing needs from acquisition to managing the property. Pricing is well worth it.

Amazing platform. You can have all at once without having to lug out to check other accounts. Will use forever!

Mona was very responsive as we had to remove one of our two accounts. So far our experience has been fantastic and we are excited to fully transition to Baselane from our current provider.

Exceptional customer service, they worked with me for many days until it was resolved.
