After I submitted this review below, I was contacted by head of customer service the very next day. Larissa helped me to resolve the issue by removing the connection and re-establishing connection. Thank you. I would still ask Baselane to have better logging so the user knows what is going on OR at least they know what is going on from logs. ------------------------------------------------------ I linked a baselane account to my external bank account to move funds into baselane account. The link was established but everytime i tried moving money it allows me to do everything succesfully but no money moves and there is no record of me submitting such a transaciton even. Upon asking customer service they have no record of the multiple attempts I have made. If there is no audit log of such activity how can one be convinced this company can handle money?

Baselane has been really easy to use for collecting rent payments for our furnished rental. The setup process was simple, payments are easy to track, and the customer service reps were very helpful getting our account set up. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience so far using it through Furnished Finder.
