I have used 5 different recruiting companies to keep my schedule filled, primarily, this is Barton. My recruiter knows what I am looking for and keeps me in the loop for negotiations. I've had other recruiters set a wage without considering lodging, mileage, and my expenses, sometimes well below my comfort range for wage expectations. My recruiter listens to my needs, actively seeks out potential job matches for me.

Barton needs to work on taking taxes from paycheck it’s is big obstacle preventing me from doing a lot of things, also no thank you cards or gift card for working for these many years or send a happy birthday greeting or appreciation when it is your birthday. Mine was Dec 18 didn’t received no email to say thank you. Otherwise pay rate is average to good. But lots needs to be done as some of us work full time for Barton

Barton always tries to inform me about tenens opportunities that are close to me , and fall within my realm of expertise. I am not required to accept assignments if they fall short of expectations. I have been with Barton for 4 years, and will stay on board. They have always stood behind my performance while on assignment. I always have an avenue of assistance, no matter what the problem, from licensure to contract problems.

Gabbie stays in touch with my on a regular basis, often just to check in. Getting paid was easy, and doing my time card couldn't have been easier.

My recruiter maria is accessible and personable. She kn knows my preferences and work schedule and is extremely eager to get me the time I need working locums

It is always a pleasure to work with a recruiter that knows your preferences for locum assignments. Briana Zech is such a person. For the past six or seven years she has provided excellent support during all assignments. Credentialing has always been a thorn on my side! :) While it is a necessary evil, it would serve Barton well to review all information already on file before requesting unnecessary information/documentation from the providers.....and, that's the only reason for the four star rating! Otherwise...five stars!

My experience has been very positive and everytime I work with one of the account managers I feel they have my back. The support is fabulous from interviewing, scheduling, credentialing, and travel arrangements. The receipt of compensation is seemless and convenient. I had opportunities to work in many states, but chosen to stay closer to home, which is fine with Barton they support your decisions regardless. They even work with your unique preferences.
