-not the best communication from my recruiter -often had to ask for information needed to get to my destination -discouraged from requesting compensation that fits my experience and skill. -when I was not given information i urgently needed, it took her a day to respond.

Axuall over promotion under delivering- way too much time uploading Credentialing process had nice people I sent the same information multiple times to multiple individuals

I had to make sure all details for overnight stay wre correct. Nearly sent to hotel 90 miles away from site! The hotel selected was unknown pet friendly ; I have serious allergy to that kind of environment. Survived but not comfortable. The location of site was confusing in contract. Assignments I've had with Barton have generally been excellent. Some not so good. I've worked with multiple recruiters over 9 years with Barton. Few seem to stay very long. I was recently placed with a very green employee. I felt like I was training him.

There are never enough locums jobs available. There are a lot of hoops to jump through just to get a few locums positions.

I disliked the fact that Barton didn’t pay me on time each week even though my timesheets were turned in on my end. I had to be the one that was asking the employer to sign my timesheet to get a paycheck.
