I love Barton for one reason only- my recruiter. Lael Fredrich in NV is amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help me find work and to make sure I am happy and settled. When there is a problem, she follows up within 10-15 min, sometimes faster! Recently I was finishing up my contract and had turned down the extension because I was starting a new permanent job. I got an email saying the job had been delayed. I texted Lael to see if she could still get me the extension to my contract work. They were offering it to another provider and Lael went to bat for me and got me the extension offer back that same day! Lael is a total rockstar- give her a raise!

The agent I work with is great communicator, efficient, gets me answers quickly, negotiates my contract for optimal pay and other benefits, and actively looks for future assignments. I was in a hotel temporarily, while looking for a furnished apartment as this assignment was a quick placement, and smokers next door caused my room to have cigarette smoke. Upon requesting new location to alternate hotel (as I had already been moved to alternate room with the problem still present by another guest) the agent promptly replied asking me when I wanted to move and had me an alternate hotel reserved and ready within the hour. This spoke highly to me on their value of taking care of their traveling providers.
