I began doing locums on a limited basis 4-5 years ago, but ultimately changed to Barton after getting connected with Christine Basile. She got to know me as a person, and what I was interested in doing. She has a hard-working team, which includes credentialing, travel, and 24 hour emergency service (which has come in handy when travel gets disrupted). Her "bosses" work closely with her and are available to the physician, should unusual questions arise. There's nothing more important than the relationship you develop with your recruiter, and I can't say enough about the time I've worked with Christine.

My recruiter, made my credentialing process so much easier than if I had to do it by myself. She's gotten me great jobs, and keeps me updated, almost on a daily basis. She has assisted me in resolving any potential problems that have come up and has been very informative in the entire licensing process. Due to the management practices of the client it took a full year to get credentialed. Then the client decided they did not want to use Locums due to the expense. In the meantime I could not work due to the obligations of the contract. This led to a gap in work history. I have retired after this nightmare.

Liam Fuller, my recruiter, has been fantastic to work with. Very honest, direct, helpful, prompt, and has options for difficult situations. Not my experience with some other companies! Makes it easier for me to work comfortably.
