Nina Benson, my Recruiter/Manger is the best! Nina exhibits an up-beat attitude and personality while demonstrating confidence, intellect and is beyond capable, making things happen. She has made my initiation into Locum Tenens very enjoyable. I consider her a close friend and she constantly seems to know my schedule and my needs better than I do, myself. The support staff at Barton is always very helpful and kind.

This is an amazing company to work for. The recruiter and the staff that take care of licensing are not playing around when it comes to their work. These folks are fast! I don’t regret it one bit. Thanks for everything!

The logistics from start to finish were superb. At no time did have have any unanswered questions, concerns about the assignment that weren't addressed, or issues that inevitably arise that were unresolved. Communication was top level, on point, timely, and pertinent. Particular praise for my contact person, Cydney (sp?), who was professional and accommodating through out the entire process. I grew to really count on her to navigate the process.

Poor experience

Easy to connect with.

I think the clinic I worked at made the experience great. The other providers were always available to guide me, everyone was incredibly nice and gracious. I really enjoyed my time there.

The personal contact. Is very good. Nevertheless they do not seem to retain their personnel. For long periods. I think this is , however, the nature of the business of recruiting

There was confusion about compensation. There was a set day rate, but not an hourly rate. Credentialing was tedious and unnecessarily complex, due to reps uncertain about necessary items for my specialty. I found the process to be much smoother with other locum providers.
