I saw a video advertising some LED lighting for car interiors, so I ordered the product on 4/3/17. They have charged my card, and have supplied an order number, but I still have not gotten the package yet and today is the 17th. I have tried revisiting the website to find a phone number to call, but it says that it is under maintenance and cannot be accessed. In addition, I have emailed them, but with no response. I have a feeling that I got scammed. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered a product on April 4th. As of April 14th I had not received it. I sent an email asking if it had been sent and have not received a response. I did, however, get a request to rate them before receiving my order or a response to my email.

I ordered the item 2 weeks ago haven't received any info on wether item has been shipped will be shipped or eta or tracking number don't know where it is if or when i will receive it, was beginning to wonder if transaction was completed or glitches out

I have not received my order after 3 weeks, and have not been able to reach anyone at the company. Their voice mailbox is frequently full, and they haven't returned my emails. Not happy, and may have lost almost $100...

Terrible customer service....items missing in the order and no response from the company 2 weeks later....needed to open a claim in paypal...buyer beware

I ordered an interlinking cable for an LED flex kit approximately 10 days ago from barlighting.com. It has still not arrived. Naturally, I called the number on the homepage and like others have said it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I tried several more times by phone with the same result and finally decided to email them. It's been 2 days and still no response. The funny thing is I ordered an exterior LED kit from this site about 2 years ago with no problems. I'm not sure what has happened recently but it seems as though this company no longer exists or if they do exist they are incredibly down and out. It bothers me that they are still taking money. Only wish I had looked for their reviews before hand. I tried to leave a review of my own to warn others directly on the site under the product description of the interlinking cable....but go figure...it wouldn't let me. Save your money and look elsewhere.

While past experiences have been great, this one took exceptionally long to ship the products (over a week) after the PayPal payment confirmation was received. When the products arrived, there was a power supply missing, a 4-pin male to male connector missing and I wasn't able to complete the customer job as a result. I called and text'd Mike at LED Bar lighting while I was at the customer job and haven't gotten a response yet, currently the customer job has been left unfinished as a result.
