Since when is the Netherlands in China?? lol
I ordered a pair of boots from what I thought was a company from the Netherlands opening in the United States. When I got the boots they were cheap cardboard feeling boots from china! I ordered a 43 which was described as an 11 on the website. I am a size 10 but I always get boots bigger to wear with socks and whatnot. Well I couldn’t even get these boots on at all, my daughter who is a size 9 couldn’t get them on. On thanksgiving we had all the family over and I tried to give them away but even my sister In law with a size 6 foot couldn’t get her foot into the boot. There was definitely a design issue at the ankle part. But of course there was because they were cheap crappy boots. I emailed customer service and they said I could get a full refund if I paid for shipping back to china. The shipping cost more than the boots! If I didnt want to send back I was told I could keep them and take a 75% credit on the website. I wouldn’t buy anything from them. Buyers beware.
