Terrible company and so far fraudulent
Terrible company and so far fraudulent. I ordered boots two months ago and still have not received my order. You can only communicate online too. No number to reach them at. They keep saying my order is being sent but I still have not received it. I told them to just refund me and they emailed me back saying they have to charge me a restocking fee?? For an order I’ve never received and they probably never sent out. I have had so many back and forth emails and never get my order. Never again with these online companies that have no number to reach them at. I have to file a claim with my CC company now. Disgusting, they claim in their website that have high reviews. They are a deceptive company.

Poor communication very poor products
The communication was terrible in being able to track and then once I got the order the shoes were very poor quality and did not fit. I will not order from them again but lets hope they will let me know how to return the items. 1/5/26 - Never got any information on how to return the items even though they promised to send it. I guess the items will have to go to Goodwill - never use this place to order anything!!!!!

I purchased a pair of boots
I purchased a pair of boots, they were too big. Reached out to customer service to return them. They told me to take a picture of how they fit, why I don't know ? Since my original phone call I have sent numerous emails, not one response, nothing but crickets. I decided to call, there's no voice mail to leave a message they direct you to go to the website. Buyer beware ! If you have happen to have an issue with your order GOOD LUCK !! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !! If I could give them 0 on their ratings I would.
