I ordered over a dozen pair of panties that had been out of stock everywhere for a long time. Apparently Bare Necessities got a special shipment, so I thought I'd better stock up. Somehow two numbers on my shipping address got reversed and my order was delivered to a reclusive neighbor down the street. I don't personally know her, but I tried reaching out to her repeatedly and was ignored, so I called customer service and explained the situation. The representative said 'no problem' and shipped an identical order to me, no questions asked. Bare Necessities definitely has my future business! I did see the neighbor several weeks later and she flashed me the peace sign! She must have liked my panties!

I had returned an item that did not fit. I didn't realize it but when I sent the return back I accidentally sent some very important keys with my return. They mailed my keys back to me without me even contacting them. That is going above and beyond. Thank you.

Without reservations I would recommend this company to anyone! I have shopped here many times and they always have my favorite brands! The quality is excellent. I am so glad i decided to order from bare necessities before reading the reviews, otherwise i would have missed out on the opportunity to own 2 great new bras! I ordered the Goddess Kayla black leopard satin bra and the Goddess kayla damask berry banded bra. Both fit great! They lift and support the twins very well! And they are very stylish! I am a 38hh and I have a hard time finding pretty bras in colors other than black, white, or nude. I was most impressed by how fast i received my order! I ordered my bras on the friday before the 4th of july. I thought i wouldn't receive my purchase for two weeks because of the holiday and weekend. My bras arrived today 7/8/16 (one week later)! Keep up the good work! I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

To be honest, I have my doubts after reading so many negative comments here. However, I noticed too that the Customer Service Supervisor makes an effort to answer and rectify all questions and mistakes. And I like that! I proceeded to place two orders to Malaysia and not only they arrive on time, they are in mint conditions, right sizes and designs. I will most definitely order from Bare Necessities again.

I ordered two bras, some panties, and thigh highs from BareNecessities and then I checked reviews (glad I checked AFTER I ordered otherwise I may not have ordered due to all of the horrible comments). My order was shipped quickly and received BEFORE anticipated. The items I purchased fit very well and I will definitely be ordering again. Despite all of the negative comments on here, at least I can say my experience was FANTASTIC.
