They allow you to add and order a promotional item, but only cancel the promotional item after shipping the rest of the order because your order didn’t meet the requirements. This practice should prevent you from adding it, just like every other website. It appears to be unethical business practices.

Horrible experience. Bought some items and waited and waited. Everything from the order was cancelled and refunded without any reason from this company. Will not recommend. Take your business elsewhere, this company doesnt want your business.

I wish I could give No stars! First I was promised free socks and a blanket with my order, so the next day I see that they removed the free blanket from my order and only sent out 3 of my items, ok I got 3 items and days go by I still never received the rest so I emailed multiple times and didn’t get anything so I called and I got a rude woman who barely spoke English and she told me that the rest of my items were out of stock including the free socks I was supposed to receive as well.. I didn’t get an apology or anything to make this right.. ! So basically if I hadn’t called then I would still be waiting on my other items! I wouldn’t recommend this site to anybody. Just a bunch of scammers!

Rude Customer Service and false advertising of sizing. I have purchased her before and had no issues with the bra sizing. Bras recently purchased were way off in sizing. Called to exchange and was told the items were final sale, which was not stated on the website when I purchased them, nor the email confirmation. I will NEVER make another purchase from this company again!

I ordered a bathing suit with a built in bra. I wore it less than 6 times and the wire came through the fabric. Upon contacting the company, they said it is more than 30 days and they offered me no return or replacement but 10% off my next purchase. Why would I buy another defective product. Oh and fyi, I had to get a larger bra size and the overall size of the suit was larger and gaps in the ass.

Horrible customer service!!! Shipped my package to a different address and refused to fix the matter I’m not even sure how the payment went thru since the zip didn’t match my billing address no refund also wanted me to resend the package back which was impossible since again I do not live there will never order again

I ordered 4 bras from the company. The arrived timely and we fine but 1 didn't fit. So I returned it (had to pay $7 to return it). They received my return on June 30 and never sent me a refund. They claim they gave me a refund on June 25 which is funny because the email says they received my item on June 30. But they never gave my money back. They told me to check my credit card statements. Which is funny because how do I look for a refund I never received? ** you can see the response from the company below, but I assure you I never received a refund. They can say they gave me a refund, but they never did.

I emailed about updating my account information. I don't appreciate the fact that we have to contact the company to update our own information. None of this would have happened if we were able to update our info on the site. I sent the email providing the info that was on my account so they can find it and change my email and phone number. Unfortunately, the person who responded had no idea how to do their job. Every email exchange I gave her information about my profile to help her find it and every response contained her claiming she couldn't and asking for more information. In an effort to control my blood pressure, I decided to call customer service. The women who answered the phone found my account based on the old email address in 2 minutes. The lady from the email needs to be fired because I know she could have found my account using my old email address. This experience was completely preventable and here's the kicker....no one ever responded to my email until today and tells me I was talking to an automated email. I'm so effing furious all I can do is laugh. Horrible doesn't begin to describe an company that is dishonest about communications. The most an automated response is good for is redirecting you or informing you that a real person is coming. There was no indication that I was talking to a robot because humans can be just as useless. Well we're in this syfy movie now, but I will never be shopping with this company of bots ever again. And yes, I do still believe the bot should be fired!
