Bare Necessities......I have been waiting since May 20 for a bra order. 4 all were on back order.. then 1 was sent...2 weeks later...another....still 2 are missing. I called 2 weeks ago and was told they were processing. Today I called...they are still processing. I went ahead and canceled the order. When I asked her to please cancel the order as I will just order from another site, she said, "I already did.., they are canceled" and hung up. Not realizing she hung up, I said, "thank you," and that is when I heard the rapid busy tone that one gets when a call has been disconnected. Your customer service stinks. I should have read these reviews before ordering to save me the aggravation of dealing with lousy customer service. What concerns me is that this is ongoing...so who is dropping the ball here on improving this? Hanes One Place needs competition but you aren't there yet. You have lots of work to do. Long time customer of BN. Ordered nearly $2500 worth of items a month ago. Haven't received it. I have had to call FedEx and USPS myself and open up cases. Today after my 12th contact to BN they claimed they JUST called FedEx and opened up a case. Then claimed they contacted USPS and it is enroute to me. All lies. Each and every call they claim there is nothing they can do as they are only order takers, but a supervisor will call me the next day. That never happens. Today I was told it would be at the supervisor's earliest convenience and that there is only 1 supervisor and today is her day off. It is a fiasco. Weeks ago, when it first became obvious they were not going to ship the package to me, I requested a new shipment. They would check into doing that and call me back. That also never happened. I asked for my credit card to be credited the amount of goods purchased and not received with no intention of correcting this. Again, they would ask and get back with me. They claim it has taken weeks to try to investigate the location of my package which is available online to anyone with my tracking number. I requested that I place a new order for them with what I had ordered if it was still available and they can just apply the credit. They don't know how to do this. I will most definitely be taking my future business elsewhere and will tell those that I have shared their site with to do no further business here.

I ordered a very nice Hanro Bra w/camisole ($86!) in late December of 2014, only about 5 months ago. A small, fixed, metal ring attaches the front of the strap to the back; it broke and there's no way to use the item now (no slide clip, etc. to re-attach the strap). I called customer service to see if I could send the item back (I LOVE it) to have it fixed or have them replace it and was told (Janae) their items are meant to last 6 mos- 1 year (REALLY??!!) and it was almost 6 months so NO, they would not help me. WOW! Not customer experience in my opinion. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor (Yasmine) I was told she was not available, but I could leave a message for a call back. I have not heard back. I placed the call this morning and it's now 4:20pm. I'm very disappointed and would NOT use Bare Necessities again unless they resolve my issue.

I ordered 2 bras and some leggings online from Bare Necessities. I had done extensive research on what bra would fit me and they carried it. The first bra fit perfectly but the attachment broke after wearing it 3 times. (Le Mystere ($62). STRIKE ONE. I called to speak with someone regarding a return and was told that someone else would get back to me. 3 days later I got a call back. 3 DAYS LATER! I couldn't believe it took that long. STRIKE TWO. When I told the customer service rep that it broke, they actually told me "that isn't possible". I assured her that I was actually very happy with the product the 3 times I wore it and that it fit perfectly but I was really unhappy it broke and asked how I could return it and get a new one. She was extremely rude and very condescending. STRIKE THREE After many protests from the rep that I must have done something to the bra to break it, (i didn't) i was told they would send me back a return slip and she would waive the return fee, like that was a big favor. STRIKE FOUR They also told me that they'd have to get the returned item in order to credit my account or then send me out a new one. That return slip never came after a month. STRIKE FIVE. I called back and asked why it hadn't come and they assured me that they would be sending it. (Not sure why i had to have three phone calls to return a bra). I decided NOT to reorder from them and find another bra elsewhere since I don't want to give my money to this company that does not know how to train their sales reps. With the second bra I ordered online in my same original order, I was sent an email 2 days later saying it was on backorder and would come in a month. 2 MONTHS LATER, I got a second email saying it was now out of stock. STRIKE SIX!!!!! Totally frustrating company. Bad customer service. And if they don't expect items to be in-stock, they shouldn't even be on the website to order. I wasted 2 months waiting for this bra before ordering a great sports bra from Nike that had awesome customer service. I will never order from Bare Necessities again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. Hey Bare Necessities CEO, take a lesson from Zappo's or Amazon and learn about customer service.

So very disappointed with this company. The entire order sent to wrong address, so no new Christmas PJ's. Called customer service due to a glitch couldn't see my order would call back. Never called. Emailed could send out after Christmas but some sizes missing. The only thing offered was waved return shipping, incredible, was this a grand gesture considering it was their fault. Poor service all the way around, avoid doing business with them, it will only cause you heartache.

As if somehow its my fault? They claim that USPS delivered them. I was told that it was my responsibility to follow up with the postal service. They have to be kidding. I will never buy from them again. I have never been treated like this from an online service ever.

I ordered a bra on August 7th which was supposed to be 3 weeks backordered. I got an email at the end of August saying it would be backordered another 30 days, expected arrival date September 30th. I got YET ANOTHER email saying now the expected arrival date will be October 31st. Is this company just putting me off so that I won't be within the 60 days to dispute the charge in case they refuse to refund me? Bare necessities also is calling the product a T-Shirt bra, which is not what I ordered. I want my money back at this point.

I ordered one of their strapless bras for my sisters wedding. The bra arrived and it was far too small. The website stated that the bra was in UK sizing so using their sizing chart I converted what my size would be in US sizing. The bra arrived and it was in US sizing! So needless to say it was far too small. I contact them about the issue and even took a picture and sent them the tag to show it was in US sizing even though the website claims it is in UK sizes. They said it was my own fault because I ordered the wrong size! They sent me a return paper to fill out and the lady suggested I pay my own shipping when I send it because it will always be cheaper then the $6.95 they take off your account! Well, it was $25 to return ship to them at that point I couldn't turn back because UPS already sealed it in a package! It has been almost 2 months since I shipped my bra back and I have not received any refund! I have tried contacting them on multiple occasions but they put me on hold and they never come back to the phone! I have waited on hold for more then an hour on the four occasions I have called, I end up hanging up because I have things to do! All in all this has cost me $165.00 for NOTHING! The bra was $80, shipping and taxes was another $60 and return shipping was $25! They are thieves! Update...Barenecessities called me literally a few hours after I made this post to try to rectify the situation. I was informed that the way I sent back the package was wrong, even though it was their associate who informed me about how to return the bra, and sent me the return form with the address to send it to ( I was told I shouldn't have used that address). The associate who contacted me did inform me they have the bra and will be refunding me. If they have the bra, why did it take me making a negative post about their company for them to give me a refund? At the end of the day I still lost $80 because you don't get the taxes or any shipping refunded. Yes, it seems this associate was trying to rectify the situation, but only after negative publicity. I strongly recommend against this company!
