I do not write reviews, but I am so upset over the first order I placed with barenecessities I am writing a review! I struggle to find a bra that fit! I happened on the barenecessities website excited about the selection of full figure bras, found two that I really liked, watched the sizing video (which in my case was so far off!), I ordered two bras and two Lingerie Wash Bags. My total order was $140.09. I received the order in a timely manner. The bra size recommended in the video was too small around and the cup size was huge! I followed the video exactly. I followed the return instructions on the packing slip and returned the two bras and kept the lingerie wash bags. On that packing slip they offered a section for a replacement order, so I listed the two bras I wanted, included that in the return box and mailed it off. The replacement order was $105.00. Yesterday I logged into my account on the bare necessities website to see that yes they received my return order and they are shipping out the replacement order today (4/7). They also charged my checking account another $245.09, then refunded my checking account $113.05. The refund $121.09 (less $6 for shipping) for my original order will not be returned to my checking until next week. I called customer service and she could not give me a good explanation of why they charged me for the original order AGAIN along with the replacement order!! I will never purchase from barenecessities again... So at this moment they have taken a total of $385.18 out of my checking account! Original order $140.09 Today 4/7 they: pulled $245.09 for replacement order that should have been $105.00 Credited back $113.05 to my checking The $115 (should have been $121, they charged $6 shipping) will not be returned until next week Think twice before you order with them. Thank you.

I placed a $180 order with Bare Necessities and none of the items fit as expected. All of them were the same size, but the band and cup fits differed wildly. I understand that sizes will differ across brands, so, fine, I called to exchange sizes in a couple of items and return the rest. The representative was distracted and seemed to be sick, so I could barely hear her. She refused to dispatch an exchange without receiving my return first, and wanted to charge a $7 return fee -- who does that in this day and age? I asked if there was any way to waive the fee since it was my first order with the company, and she laughed and told me they don't do that. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be ordering through Bare Necessities any longer.

Ordered a MONTH ago. Had to do an exchange for size (which they charge for). Sent exchange back on 2/17. STILL Not here. Order has been delayed THREE TIMES. They use FedEx Smartpost which is basically the slowest possible way to ship something so - there you go. Tracking info reveals my parcel sitting in various cities for days at a time. Reached out to CS to get some help and they stopped responding after sending a mildly generic 1st email saying they could offer me free shipping on my next return. Not helpful at all. I would never refer anybody to this website. Order somewhere else - seriously.

I have always been a fan of their products. Unfortunately in my previous order one of the bras did not fit and was a scratchy material so I decided to return it. (All the rest of my order fit well and was nice.) If I had known that I would only be refunded part of what I paid I would have kept it or chosen a different shipping method. $6.95 for a "return fee" is outrageous. I feel as if I have been ripped off. Beyond disappointed.

15 days and I still haven't gotten my order...

Last week I ordered 85 dollars worth of bras I was very excited to get them so I went ahead and paid for 3-5 day shipping the only problem is I have an email from ups saying my order was delivered to my front door on December fourth which is within the 3-5 days except I don't have my order there has been nothing from them never got my bras nothing. I haven't called them yet and after reading these reviews I am really worried they're not going to help.

Bare Necessity needs to step up their game with customer service. I was just about to start adding things to the cart until these reviewers saved me the pain. It pays to check reviews.
