Hi John, I am so sorry that you have had a less than stellar experience with Bare Necessities. We are always more than happy to take responsibility for lost or delayed packages. It certainly does fall on us as a company to assist you with any issues that you have. We do ask that the customer allows us a few days to investigate with the post office as 80% of the time we are able to recover the package and have your goods delivered. In this instance, I would be happy to refund you your order. In regards to the first representative that you spoke with, unfortunately that was our order desk and not our customer service department in NJ. Our order desk assists us during peak and after hours. You should see your refund in the amount of $189.72 back onto your American Express in the next 3-5 business days. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the loss of your package. Hi There, I am so sorry that this keeps happening to the bras you are purchasing with us. The underwire poking through is a huge indicator that you may be wearing the wrong size. It is usually very difficult for the wire to poke through otherwise. We would love to provide you with an over the phone bra fitting. All you need is a soft measuring tape and call 877-728-9272 and press option 4 when prompted to speak to a bra fit specialist. I was wearing a 36DD when I first started working here and I was having the same issue that you are having. After being properly measured, I found out I actually should be wearing a 34J!!!! I can't tell you how much better I feel and look and no more wires poking through!!! I hope you will give us a call. Hi Jacqui, Borderfree is the billing and shipping party for our international orders so unfortunately we do not have any say when it comes to return shipping costs for our customers.
