We sincerely apologize to hear that there was some confusion regarding your return shipment. We just checked the status of your return, and you were refunded for the items that you returned to us on January 3rd, the day that we received the return in our warehouse. Please be advised that sometimes credits can take a few days to post to your charge card account, but that depends on your specific financial institution that issues your credit card. We might recommend reviewing your credit card account, but you should absolutely see the credit of $21.03 that we issued back to your card on 1/3/19. We strive to provide outstanding service to each and every one of our customers, and regret that you thought you did not receive your refund in a timely manner, but it appears that might have been a misunderstanding. We sincerely apologize for any confusion with the difference in pricing you saw on our site and in the ad that popped up. We sincerely regret that the item you had tried to purchase was not available for fulfillment. When you had submitted your order, the product page on our website did clearly state "Hurry Only 1 In Stock" when you had selected that color and size. Unfortunately, as sometimes occurs in situations where retailers are down to the last remaining unit of inventory of a particular style, by the time our warehouse processed your request, that item had been shipped on a previous order and was no longer available. Our Customer Service Department did call you immediately to notify you that this item was no longer available and offered an alternate color, which you called us back to let us know you accept as a substitute item since the color you initially ordered was no longer available. As is always the case when placing an order, fulfillment is subject to availability - and we never charge for an item until it physically ships out of our warehouse. You were only charged for the one item that we did ship to you, and we would never take money on a card without having provided the corresponding merchandise associated with that charge. We are truly sorry that we ran out of the item you had initially been interested in purchasing, and wish we could have fulfilled your order completely.
