Upon researching your specific order, we did ship the items out immediately, and we are deeply upset that it appears the parcel had been lost in transit by FedEx. We were fully transparent with you when you contacted our Customer Service Department and explained the situation in detail, and we are so sorry that the items you had wanted were not able to reach you before you left on your trip. You have been fully refunded for both the price of the merchandise that you had ordered, as well as the shipping cost since, unfortunately, the items did not arrive to you in advance of your travels. As an accommodation for any inconvenience, a supervisor had also sent you a voucher that will be valid towards a future purchase on our site. You should not have had to incur a charge to return an item that did not meet your expectations, and in the future, would suggest that you contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-728-9272 so that we can assist you with waiving a return fee on an item that you found to be defective. As far as a review that you wrote, we don't have the ability to take down a review that is posted by a legitimate customer. The only reason that a review would ever be taken down off our site is if it contained inappropriate language or profanity. The integrity of the review process is crucial to the loyal customer base we have established at Bare Necessities for the past 21 years that we have endeavored to provide outstanding customer service, quality merchandise, and the best selection of intimate apparel at excellent value in an inclusive range of sizes - which is why reviews are never taken off our site due to a particular score. We do not partake in providing any sort of false information for any reason.
