More trouble than it was worth
AFTER placing an order on May 31, 2020, I received notice that the item was on back order for 2 to 3 weeks. On June 15, 2020, I received an email stating, "Unfortunately, we are unable to authorize your credit card information and cannot complete your order. To expedite the processing of your order, please contact our Customer Service department directly by calling toll-free, at 1-877-728-9272, select option 3, Monday through Saturday 8:30am to 6:00pm EST. Please refer to order #xxxxxxxxxxxx when you call our number. After calling, and being told that sometimes they have a problem with PayPal and they would resubmit. It would take approx. 20 minutes to find out if it would go through. If not, we would need to cancel the order and reorder. At that point, I told her to cancel the order and remove all of my information from their site. This was my first and last experience with this company. What a disappointment.

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your recent order. We certainly regret that the item you were hoping to order was not available when you placed your order, but any time a product is not available for immediate shipment, it is clearly stated in bold print on the product page, as well as during the checkout process. We would never want to mislead our customers into thinking a product is available for immediate shipment if it is not in our warehouse and available for processing at that time. We are sorry to hear that there was an issue with the processing of your payment, but especially with a password protected form of payment like PayPal, it is of utmost importance to us to ensure the security of our customers' accounts. The authorization does take a few moments to process since our system communicates electronically with the financial institution that holds your account to verify that the funds are available to cover the purchase. This is standard practice for most retailers, and we certainly do apologize if that posed an inconvenience for you.
