Thank you for sharing your experience with your international return. We’re very sorry the cost to return your bra to us was more than you expected. Bare Necessities uses a third party company called BorderFree for all of our international shipments and returns, and we do not have any control over the charges set forth by them. We understand the return shipping method set by BorderFree is quite costly. In the future, feel free to contact us for alternative return options. We apologize for your poor experience with the added return expense you incurred.
