Great jeans for my 15 year old son who is getting into his own style. Looking forward to getting more from this brand. Customer service was top notch too. Shipping was a little slow due to high demand. Worth the wait.

If I could give this company less stars than one I would. My son ordered two pair of pants. They did not send a confirmation email or order number. There is no way on their website that you can easily find a way to contact them. We waited three weeks and finally figured out a way to contact them. They said that the items were shipped over four weeks after placing the order and after I called my bank to dispute the charge, one pair of pants miraculously found its way to our mailbox. The other pair is still MIA and the company keeps giving me the run around and will not even discuss giving me a refund. They just keep telling me that the other pair is on its way and now they are telling me that they have been successfully delivered! Well, no they have not. My bank is still in dispute over the charge

They were patient with my return and actually helped me exchange sizes, in the meantime they gave me a full refund (excluding shipping), the sweats I have now fit well. Overall great customer service.

I accidentally order twice and contacted customer service by email. I got a response back to fix my order next day! I was worried since it didn’t have phone number to call. But, fast email response was great!

Although I put the wrong shipping address for my order and it was returned back to the shipper Bareline has been extremely helpful with updates and quick replies turning an otherwise unknown situation into one I can know ill be kept up to date about!
