Loved my whole cart, but im still waiting for their mistake to be corrected, got sent selvedge denim when I asked for stone wash black, this was a month ago and I really need my jeans nowwwwwwwww 😀😀😀

I never actually got any items from this company, I instead requested a refund for some jeans I bought as the amount charged from my account was far greater than what I had originally seen when checking out, it turned out that the price was actually in USD, and this was not clearly shown to me when checking out. Obviously this was a problem so I contacted them through email and the person in charge of assisting me did a great job and walked me through the whole process in which I eventually got my refund. However the convo did take multiple days because of how long the response time was. But in the end Their team in charge of customer service is genuinely the only reason I'm giving my 3 stars, if it weren't for them I would have chosen 1 star so do with that information what you will.
