BarelineReviews of bareline.com

The amount of help I got from the people working from bareline was amazing I lost my order number and they helped me find it and were so nice. The quality of the jeans was so good for such a good price, will buy from here again

This was my first time shopping with Bareline, and I’m already so impressed with their customer service! My son really wanted a pair of their jeans, so I placed an order, only to realize afterward that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size! I thought I had selected a size 32, but my confirmation showed a 28. I immediately panicked, thinking I would have to cancel the order and start all over again. I decided to email their customer service team to see if anything could be done, and to my surprise, they responded almost immediately! I was honestly shocked at how quickly they got back to me! Not only were they super helpful, but they were able to change the size on my existing order without me having to cancel and reorder. The entire process was so quick, easy, and stress-free! It’s so refreshing to find a company that truly values its customers and goes above and beyond to help. Amazing customer service, especially for a first-time customer! I will definitely be shopping with Bareline again. Highly recommend!
