I am happy so far with the customer service, however, our tub is still not fixed. Barefoot has sent out the replacement parts, and we have received, but so far am still waiting on a technician to come and do the repairs

It took me more than a month waiting for my swim spa be repaired.

I am waiting for a response to my worry that the spa shock came opened in the box. I spilled some on the floor and mopped it up but am worried that some of the crystals might have remained and burned my dogs feet. Will they be okay?

We love our Barefoot Spa. Bought new in 2017. It was time to replace the 3 pillows that were showing some wear. Bought all 3 and received lots of communication about their arrival. Received very fast and very happy with the product and our Barefoot Spa.

My recent experience with the purchase of replacement headrests was excellent from start to finish. I must say that during the earlier years of ownership of this spa, I found the responsiveness and openness of Barefoot to be extremely poor, with slow response to inquiries and lack of communication of information when contact was eventually made. I am pleased to see that something must have changed.
