So far the tub is just perfect!! Dan was great to work with. Alittle trouble getting delivered when they said they would, but once it was delivered it was easy to get up and running . Opening the front panel was a bit difficult as I noticed from others comments , but other than that it’s been great fun and working well. It’s been a month.

Great product but slow delivery. Need express delivery options.

I received my order in a very short time as promised. I had started to order through the automated system and then ordered on line instead. My order ended up being duplicated which is not a problem other than it was supposed to not ship before payment.

The owner’s manual needs to have better information for first time hot tub owners. It also needs to have more “model-specific” operating instructions. If I have model #XX.XX, why isn’t there at least and addendum that calls out that particular model’s specific features and traits?

Screws for cover missing; still have not received. 6-8 weeks promised delivery turned into 5 months

This was a great experience. I received what I needed when I needed it at a fare price

I thought the kit was a good value, until I seen only 10 test strips. I really believe it is not fair due to multiple test strips are needed to get the chemical balance correct.
