Took months to receive!

Ordered two control panel overlays but only one arrived. Emailed customer service last week and haven’t heard anything yet in response.

I am very disappointed in the service from this company. The warranty says 5 years on the pump but at 3 years my pump went out and they said sorry it is only for manufacturer defects. This was without even checking it to see what caused the problem. Why give a 5 year warranty if you are not standing behind it and not even going to check and see what the issue is. Do not buy from them or it is $ 10,000 plus thrown away.

Spa worked good for 2 years then started having troubles. You would think it would be covered by their 5 year warranty, but a lot of the parts in the spa aren't manufactured by them, so you only have 90 days after purchase to make a claim on those parts. Tough to find anyone who will/wants to work on these. Also when purchasing was told that all scuffs and broken cover pieces would be cleaned/repaired, but when it was delivered looked exactly like it did when we looked the first time. Barefoot then sent us a cleaning kit for free to make up for that.

Happy with product and delivery, but web site wouldn’t allow me to purchase control panel overlay only. Kept saying not a valid address until I added more to my cart. Also web site doesn’t show replacement jets anywhere that I could find.

The product is fine. The shipping is too expensive (and you HAVE to used UPS), and takes WAY too long. I live 4 miles from the company address, and the item took almost 2 weeks to get to me. I'd rather pick it up (which currently is not an option.)
