I ordered some weights (plates) for my home gym. Unfortunately, the delivery company broke one of the smaller plates. The company quickly replaced the plate. Fantastic customer service, quality weights at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to build or expand your home gym.

Ordered from their team based on some positive recent reviews. I was not disappointed overall. The quality of weights that came in were great, and the price point was the best out there. The website clearly stated a few parts that weren’t in stock that would ship in a few weeks, but their team even provided a small credit back because it didn’t ship in their normal shipping timeframe. Their customer service team has proactively communicated throughout as well, which can be difficult to find. If I could go back, I would order from their team again without a doubt.

Listed items as in stock. Then never told me they were on backorder. Until I emailed support and they told me they were on backorder with no timeline on delivery. It took 2 months to receive my full order. Titan, rouge and many other real professional brands mark out of stock on items they don’t have. Deceptive business practices. Terrible communication. Support never sent me tracking ids for the stuff on backorder and had to constantly communicate with them to get the ids. And then they acted like I had them when they created the label (I did not). Won’t be ordering from them ever again.

We should have proactively confirmed those delays immediately after your order was placed, provided clearer visibility into timelines, and ensured that tracking information was communicated properly. We failed to send one of our key update emails early in the process, and that put the burden on you to figure things out while frankly not delivering the level of service that we expect of ourselves. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have with our company. When products are delayed, our responsibility is to communicate clearly, set accurate expectations, and stay proactive until the order is fully delivered. We appreciate you acknowledging the product quality once everything arrived, but we understand that the product is only part of the overall experience and we need to do better. I have bought several products from Barbell Standard, every time I’ve experienced only the best Customer service, their shipping is outstanding. They take the time to make sure your product gets to you in a timely manner and packaged very well.. I ordered 100 pound plates from them… not only do they come in the original box but they are put in another box to ensure that they’re not damaged in shipping, you know how hard it is to ship 100 pound plate without it getting damaged? So once again, their shipping is excellent. Their customer service is top-notch. Their products are absolutely fabulous. I own several sets of collars, a couple barbells. And three pairs of 100 pound plates….. great job. I’ll keep going back to this company. … in fact my next purchase will be a multi grip Swiss bar…Probably ordering it tomorrow.🤣…Excellent products excellent customer service and excellent shipping nothing but the best from Barbell Standard. UPDATE 🏋️♀️ so as stated in previous review, I was going to order the multi grip bar the next day… it being the next day , I’ve ordered the bar… as always their fast and efficient shipping, my estimated arrival time will be Saturday , that’s a three day turnaround. Once again, Barbell Standard has came through! fulfilled my purchase and will be delivering my product in a timely manner. And that’s why I will continue to go to Barbell Standard as my go to product line. The customer service is excellent. The product line is great. The pricing is amazing and the shipping…. Well to say the very least ….it’s very fast and very efficient. Thank you, Barbell Standard….. once again, your loyal and humble Customer…ALAWAYS! 🐻

These people are liars and started harrasing me via cell phone and emails, dont buy from them. Be careful , buy from a legit company, they have trained ladies to operate these tactics and games. Be careful , dont give them your card number and information online. Shady business and malpractices above and beyond.

I mostly buy American-made products when it comes to hand tools and weight-lifting equipment. But on certain things like plates, I had to make a concession due to high shipping costs/local unavailability. I bought a set of plates off of Barbell Standard and they were a great deal/value. I don't like budget equipment and these are solid. Weight tolerances were within spec and the plates themselves were nice. Those shipped fast. Another item was delayed -- I had to contact customer service -- but it shipped a few days later. Overall, very happy with the product and on imported stuff, these guys are currently in the lead.
