Ordered two products on 1/1/26: a bench and some plates. Bench arrived with one of the parts scratched. The other product had a delay in shipping and customer support initially dropped the ball. With some effort, I reached the company owner. Really solid guy who was very personable with me. I was issued a refund that more than made up for the initial issues I had. THE PRODUCTS Barbell Standard's (low) pricing for (high) quality products make it the best overall value in the home fitness industry. I had a hiccup in order fulfillment, but they made it right. I'll be back as a repeat customer in the future :)

Equipment came swiftly and in perfect condition. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it showed up, and I quickly was able to work them into my routine. Looking forward to future purchases.

I got a pretty good price for the weights and overall they look fine. What I don't like about them is overall dimension and shape. Outside edges are not perpendicular to the line that goes through the center, which is kind of odd. Luckily, it is not going to touch the ground, so it is not that big of a deal. Other things that could be better is that some edges came with chips in them and paint job has drips here and there. Still good for the price.

This is the only product that I found that has everything I want in it! These are wonderful ingredients and I love having it in one product.

Overall quality plates and customer service. My first purchase I had a plate that was cracked shipped to me. I assume the shipping company was at fault and after speaking to customer service they sent me a replacement free of charge. I have made a few purchases through them and will be a future customer as I grow my gym

Being somewhat disappointed with the 45lb plates of my first order (these Olympic plates have a nice, shinny finish that chips easily and are milled to where they do NOT fit one of my Olympic bars. I have to be alert to which bar to use when employing these plates), I was hesitant in placing a second order. The need for additional 45lb plates along with difficulty of finding them locally, I took a chance and placed another order. Although the packaging was all but destroyed, the plates arrived in perfect condition. Unlike the plates from my first order, the finish is durable and they fit all of my Olympic bars. I don't know the reason for the difference. Perhaps a different supplier? Since, I ordered again another set of 45lb Olympic plates. As with the second shipment, these to came in a durable finish and fit the Olympic bars. Packaging was pretty much trashed making me wondering the condition of. However the plates arrived in perfect condition. If it was not for my first order, I would have rated five stars. I recommend purchasing through Barbell Standard. Shipping was quick and the cost was very reasonable.

Quality of plates are worthy of praise. Unfortunately order processing seems rather slow, and FedEx of course held true to their typically embarrassing standards. Should be able to expect a little more when paying such a high cost for shipping. Good product however.
