Idk how long or if you can ever even get a redemption approved from this place. Going on almost 2 months and still can’t get a redemption approved. Not to mention you can’t make more than 1 at a time. They can take thousands and thousands from you instantly but god forbid you get a good hit here and there they make sure you play through it all before you could even get a redemption through. I went from spending thousands of dollars a week here to not being able to bring myself to spend another dollar here. Also it’s like it’s only bots that’s reply to you. It’s sad because I enjoyed playing the games, but no games are worth playing if you can’t get a withdrawal approved

I left a positive review here once, bc at the time they made it right this time they have not. Seems as if I am not the only one. The “The finance team is reviewing your transfer it’s in the final stages” is a complete lie it’s been in the final stages for 7 business days and we on BUSINESS DAY 16. The relationship managers are nice and as helpful as they can be. But the support ppl are horrid very rude and when you don’t catch a live rep they just won’t respond to your inquire. Go play on stake or spin quest, I’ve played everywhere and have never once had this experience but BankRolla has done it to me multiple times. They just want your money that’s why any time you load the site with an active withdraw they spam you asking you to cxl it. 100% preying on ppl and taking advantage of the online casino craze if I had to guess they don’t have the money to fulfill the request and prolly won’t be around for much longer UPDATE. They asked me to email them I did thought this was an honest attempt to make it right. Jokes on me this verbatim what they said. “We understand your concern, especially given how long you’ve been waiting. Please note that the 10-business-day timeframe reflects the typical processing time and is not a guaranteed deadline. Some redemption requests may require additional processing time. Your redemption request remains active and is currently under review by our Payments Department. The team is working to process it as quickly as possible. You’ll be notified by email as soon as there is an update.” No apology, no acknowledgement of wrong doing. Shame on you

Came by recommendation, myself stayed. Already my third month here. VIP program keeps getting more interesting and the smooth, successful payouts keep me confident.

I’ve enjoyed playing at Bankrolla, and I want to be fair because I have successfully received redemptions from them in the past. Unfortunately, my experience with my most recent withdrawal has been extremely frustrating. My concern is not simply that a redemption takes time. It’s the lack of transparency and consistency. I currently have a redemption pending, and while it remains pending, I’m unable to submit another redemption for the remaining balance in my account. I’ve previously experienced much faster processing, so I have repeatedly asked what is different about this redemption and when I can realistically expect it to be completed. Customer service and my VIP representative have responded, which I appreciate, but I continue to receive reassurance without an actual expected completion date. When a customer has a significant balance waiting to be redeemed, “it’s being processed” becomes increasingly difficult to accept without any meaningful timeframe. I would gladly update this review if Bankrolla completes my pending redemption and resolves the issue. I genuinely hope they do, because until this withdrawal experience, I enjoyed playing on the platform. For me, the true test of an online casino isn’t how easy it is to deposit or play, it’s how customers are treated when it’s time to withdraw their winnings.

The biggest problem is when you go to redeem winnings, you'll pretty much wait 2 weeks to get it

I can’t decide whether I like this site or not. It takes a lot of my money, but it does give some back. I like their instant withdrawal feature, but hate that it’s limited to $500 every 24 hours. Even a standard withdrawal is limited to $1000 and takes at least 24 hours. I need to be able to cash out everything at once so I don’t spend it, but that’s probably why they do it the way they do 🤷‍♀️ EDIT: They have removed my ability to do instant redemption and standard redemption times vary. I’ve had some hit my account in less than an hour, some in a few hours, and some I’ve cancelled after 24 hours because I could just do an instant redemption. My VIP manager says they didn’t remove my instant redemption ability, and that it’s just limited to $500. I clearly knew this and tried a $400 redemption and it did not give me the option to do instant. There’s also no banner at the top of the page saying instant redemption was available like there used to be. Now that I don’t have that option, I won’t be spending any more money on this site.

I kept coming to this site hoping something would change, but day after day after day I would receive penny's for daily rewards, no exciting welcome packages or gifts, no free plays. This is a waste of time and is rated a 3 for a reason. Thankfully, I never purchased anything on this site. On the other hand, you have to be invited to spend and they don’t intrigue, let alone welcome anyone . I finally asked for account closure and the representative did not even care to ask why. Pretty much was like ok your accounts been deleted. So I let him know how horrible his service was and that he could read the reason why on trust pilot.

“Mike” and the rest of the team are garbage at their jobs and totally run a scam operation. They instantly take payments, but there is no system in place to see how long redemptions actually take, thus they keep assuring me they will handle it. AVOID, if you want to get paid.
