I ordered one pair of long pants and 2 capris all in M. Same pant, different lengths. The long pant fits perfect the capris were too tight, 2" smaller in width than the pants. Baleaf does not exchange. you have to request a return! After a return email I was told to send back at my expense, $18. plus $10. restocking charge. The return address they sent me was to Amazon! If I had ordered from Amazon in the first place they would have been $5. cheaper and no cost for a return. Grrrrrrrr!

You better hope your items fit because return service is terrible. I’ve been working for three days on returning my items. I emailed and found a number to call. I was told they would email me a label. Instead I got an email saying my return was under review and I should hear from them in 1-3 days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They have essentially refused to respond to my emails regarding multiple items missing from my order when delivered. I had ordered 3 pairs of Laureate shorts & had received 2 only. After messaging Baleaf multiple times for a replacement or a refund, there's been no response. When working your way through the many fake reviews and/or doing some internet research, you will see that this company will not respond to MANY customers request for either help with an order or with returns. So essentially, if your order is incorrect, or does not fit properly, or not to your liking, seems like Baleaf just keeps your money...Buyer beware & stay far away from this company! Also, quality of the clothing is not that great at all. Can find elsewhere at same price point or for less.

Tried to return 2 pairs of leggings for my daughter but learned there was a $10 “restocking charge”. Company never sent me a return authorization. Never answered my emails. Terrible customer service. Still have the leggings. If you have to buy Baleaf only buy through Amazon.

I would be very careful ordering from Baleaf right now. They boast customer satisfaction and a 30-day window to return or exchange any item. I ordered a larger size than usual in fleece-lined leggings and they were still too small. Contacted customer service. Nothing. Contacted returns dept. "Under Review." Today I receive a message that due to their "ongoing system updates" they cannot generate a return label—so they will refund me 30% and let me keep the items. If I had wanted to keep the items I wouldn't have tried to exchange them! Annoying.

I have used Baleaf Sportwear for a couple of years and always have been happy with purchases. I usually buy it from Amazon but I decided to check out their website and made a purchase directly from them. I made my order which comprised of five items. They emailed me and said that we are out of stock on one of your items would you like to sub, so I said yes and provided them with my replacement. My order finally arrived and it was SHORT one of my items. They never notified me or said anything. I had to notify them and their response was pick another item to replace the out of stock item. So I emailed them back and waited and waited and waited. I contacted them again and they said oh we refunded your order. This is not what I decided or what was in my email to the company. I contacted them again and dealt with the AI on their website. It basically told me " tough" luck. I still have all the emails, etc offering me a replacement. I think it is very bad customer service to handle anyone like that. Oh and in my attempts to contact them, I have called NUMEROUS times and never reached a human and left my name, email, phone number time again and again. I emailed them yet again and expressed sincere attempts at getting this issue resolved fairly. They told me nope, you can order something, give us the order number and we will take 50 percent off. Are you kidding? I understand that people are people and sometimes the wrong decisions are made but............if you are a company and make a wrong decision--- fess up There are too many companies out there to have to deal with something like this, I will put my review on ANY website where consumers would like honest opinion ---It aint worth it!!!!

UPDATE early December 2024: After posting my earlier update, Baleaf contacted me (but only after I updated this review on TrustPilot!) and said my refund would be coming. I now have my refund, but once again, the company rep asked me to take down my original review. Very concerning! This company actively manages online reviews - I give them marks for finally resolving my issue, but their insistence on me removing my review is a big red flag. UPDATE late October 2024: Once I spoke to the rep from Baleaf, they offered a compromise - I could keep them for a reduction in price, but they didn't fit so that was not an option. I elected to send them back for a refund. I still don't have my refund despite provding them with a package tracking number. And in the conversation with the rep, she asked me to take my TrustPilot review down, which seems pretty sketchy to me - note that they are very agressively managing their online review presence, SO BEWARE! What you see online is carefully managed! Do your homework before ordering from this company!!! I ordered two items and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. I contacted the company via email and never heard back. The tracking app is only for mobile devices and it's confusing to use. Unfortunately the fit is not great for me (they fit on the small side), so I need to return them and haven't yet heard back...and I need to ship them back ASAP as I'm leaving on vacation in a week! EDIT - after posting this review I was contacted multiple times by Baleaf representatives and offered a couple of alternatives. In the end, I arranged to send the items back. For Canadian customers, it isn't possible to arrange for an exchange so do your homework around sizing before purchasing!

Over a month ago I ordered two of the same pairs of bike shorts that were size medium from the company. Unfortunately one pair was bigger than the other. I notified the company immediately, but they just kept emailing me back the same questions: what is the problem and could we have photos. It seems that my emails go to different people all the time and no one takes responsibility.
