I ordered and paid for 3 items. I was shipped 2 of the items and the order was listed as a partial shipment. I sent Baleaf an email to ask about the status of the unshipped item. No response. I still have not received the item and no word as to the status. I won’t order again until this is resolved. Very disappointing because I like their products.

They said my package was delivered by Amazon Logistics, but it wasn't. Amazon couldn't help me. After weeks and several emails with their company in China, I was finally refunded.

I need to return several items I purchased from Baleaf and they will not respond to my requests to return. DO NOT buy directly from this company. I have sent 5 emails and still no resolution. They are not US based and there is no way to initiate a return online. You have to request a return and see if they answer. So far, no luck.

I placed an order around 5/23/21. So far my order hasn’t been shipped out due to out of stock. I was noticed to get it until July. It takes too long. I am not happy with that.

The fabric is lower quality than prior purchases and I did not know the leggings I ordered had foot straps. The photos and advertising were misleading. I will not order from your site in the future.
