Worst place to order a cake
Worst place to order a cake. I will never order anything from them again ever for free.

Hi Aigerim, You canceled your order 3 days before your event date and asked for a refund. Your order cancelation policy states that there are no refunds for cancellations within the last 7 days of order due date. You agreed to the policy when placing the order. We understand that plans sometimes change and we made an exception and issued you a credit of 100% of the amount paid. Its important to point out that custom cakes are handcrafted, made-to-order and perishable. There is a lot of work that goes into planning, ordering supplies & refining the design right after you place your order. Furthermore, your cake artist declines any new orders for your event date & time to ensure they can focus on your order. This is why we are unable to offer refunds for last-min order cancelations. While we are unable to offer any refund, we believe the 100% credit we offered you is a fair resolution. Your BakeStreet credit can be used for any new order in the next 6 months. Wonderful experience will do it again
I loved the choices of styles and prices. The fact that I could hire a local baker was a real plus for me. The communication with the producer was clear The cake arrived on time. It was gorgeous and tasted even better then it looked. Everyone asked for the name of the company

I was connected to bakers right away and got quotes very quickly. All the bakers were very responsive.

The responses from bakestreet were…
The responses from bakestreet were immediate and helpful- even on a Sunday - which was very reassuring as we were organising this from a different Timezone. The baker got one aspect of the decoration wrong but not disastrous at all.

Cake looked perfect
Cake looked perfect. Everyone was truly amazed!!!!! The vanilla & vanilla buttercream was out of this world! Rosy was great to work with! Our expectations were sperceded by her exquisite work and that’s coming from a professionally trained chef!
