The baker gave me a tiny cake for $180 and no one was available to assist me with this false advertisement.

The figure on the cake was way smaller than expected and it was the wrong flavor.

The design looks half thought out.

I tried to contact my baker but he hasn't replied! How am I supposed to know if he received the order or not? Terrible Edit: -Adding an update. The BakeStreet customer service was very prompt and understanding and managed to help me get in contact with the baker though with much difficulty on his end. -However, the quality of the cake made was not good. It looked nothing like the sample photo, and I was told (the cake was a gift for someone) that it smelled like playdough...for reference i paid almost 200 dollars for this cake and this was the standard that I received in return. Very hesitant to try BakeStreet again given that the reviews for the baker they recommended to me were supposed to be good.

Great experience! I ordered chocolate and received it within 4-5 days with an ice pack in the package still cool.

I gave bakeStreet three stars for the ease of using the site. unfortunately the baker I received doesn’t deserve any stars. This was the absolute overprice worst tasting cake I have ever had I am 95% sure the cake is stale or she forgot to put an ingredient in because it was dry and literally falling apart. after serving this to everyone they threw it out after one bite.
