I placed an order to July 29. It is August 30 and I have not received any communication on the status of my order. I have sent an email and called the number which is a chat box and AI generated I still have yet to have any follow up or answer about my order. They were very communicative at the start, and once I gave or rather was forced to give a review prior to receiving the product I have not heard anything since I’m very disappointed for my mother. I was going through alopecia and I had spent several months looking for an option that would work for her.
