A new look
I placed a customized order for a hair topper and Ashley contacted me RIGHT AWAY to confirm my order. Even gave mw some suggestions on other pieces. That type of customer service is so important and I really appreciate the communication.

Great experience
Great experience , they helped me a lot with the order, love their wigs and they last long , very nice hair. Appreciate thier team .Fully recommended. I have ordered 2 so far😊

Received package with no problem but…
Received package with no problem but the texture of the wig received was not the same as what I viewed through their website. Wig also sheds hair when brushed. This is my first and last time ordering any wig from them. Lesson learned.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. As mentioned in our product description and order confirmation, our wigs are handmade and require styling to achieve the desired style and shape (similar to the model photo). we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u. But wig will be squeezed during transportation, so the hairstyle was a little messed up or missed. Because before we shipped the hair, we will ask the hairstylist to trim a little bit, then maybe they did not clean out, it is not the shedding of the hair itself. Before you install, u can wash it . and we will pay more attention to this problem next time. Wish you will give us another chance! Thanks!

I chose to customize my color and they were very responsive with a great turn around time to get my order fulfilled. They also asked me pertinent info about what I wanted. Can’t wait to see it in person!!!

Hi dear Sorry for the inconvenience caused We will report it to our factory and improve it in the future. Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. I ordered a customized partial wig and…
I ordered a customized partial wig and selected the custom coloring option. I was contacted within 12 hours of placing my order to discuss the color so they could begin working on it right away. The communication was prompt, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort to make sure the color was exactly what I wanted. So far, I’m very impressed with the customer service and the overall ordering experience!
