If I could give baisi.wig a zero I would. Took 3 weeks.for order, received the order. The package was damaged and.wrong color Does.not look like picture. They do not send a return.label give you a card to contact them via email or whats app. The phone constantly rings even though I am calling on there time frame. Sent email.and.pictures. No.response DO NOT ORDER FROM BAISI WI G S⁹ BUYER BEWARE!!

Hi dear, sorry for the inconvenience caused, because your order is the customized order, which we needed to remake the wig for you, then it caused a little delay. But we checked that you received the package within one week when we sent out the hair. Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. Could you pls try it? And if you have any question, pls feel free to contact us! We promise that we will ask our shipping department to pick out the best quality hair and give you a nice discount for you in next order. Wish you will give us another chance! Thanks!

BAISI is great and this will be my only place for my wigs and toppers
BAISI is great and this will be my third purchase from them. I asked for customization and they did it without hesitation and it was spot on!!! I will only order my wigs and toppers from BAISI.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam, the wigs are over priced and when you get it, it's nothing like the pics, I ordered 2 different wigs and they both looked the same, matted and ugly. I tried to return the wigs, but they keep discouraging me from returning them, when I ask to return them anyway, they wanted to charge me up to $30 per wig and said that it would take up to 30 days to get the remaining of my money back, which the handle was just not worth it. So if you want to waste your money then this is the site for you, otherwise run if you want to save your money.

I ordered a wig and 16 days the product…
I ordered a wig and 16 days the product has not been shipped. No response to emails or to chats. I will never order from them again and will not recommend to anyone. Horrible service. I’m requesting a full refund.

Baisiwig are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Baisiwig are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It takes forever to receive a response to your email. You have to pay for returns even though u cancelled the order before they mailed it out. Beware!
