Ordered a £68 bag that turned out to be made from the same material a £20 bag from Amazon or AliExpress would cost. I've since sent over 5 emails asking for a refund and someone called 'Alicia' keeps trying to fob me off by offering me a free bag or a partial refund. Nowhere on the website does it say they post it from China and that returns have to go back to China. This is a scam and I am initiating a charge back.

Ordered a bag kn the 4 th of January and it has never arrived. When contacted cistomer service they said “thanks to waiting patiently. No refund has been offered. I am convinced that this company is not in the UK andI I doubt that ever anyone received anything they have purchased here. Thus company is a fraud

Purchased a bag from bag Smart and realise that I've had purchased the wrong colour. I immediately sent them an email and their reply is I will give you another bag like an extra bag and I said to them I said no I want the black bag please how do I return the grey bag? They don't give me any idea or any way of returning this grey bag and I'm really really pissed off. I'll continue riding bad reviews here until they shut down.

I have ordered an item on the 4th of january and despite the company promised 4-7 days for delivery i still do not have the bag. -the customer servicsimply told me that "there are high number blabla, but thanks to wait patiently".. . i appreciate that is not always depends on the company but they should be more realistic about what delivery time they promise to their customers. it feels a bit like they taking the Mickey. I guess the bag comes from China. which ahain, won1t be a big issue, just be trasparent and honest to your customers.

I ordered two items from Bagsmart. When they arrived, they were both wrong. The first one was the right item, but wrong color. The second one was the right color but wrong item. I forwarded my order email to their service department stating I had received the wrong items, but never received a response. My suggestion is not to order from this company.

I was sent the wrong bag. The bag sent was of lesser quality and price. I contacted customer service, and was connected with a woman named Alicia who asked me to send pictures of the incorrect item. I did that promptly, and now have heard nothing. I have no idea if they will send me the correct item or not. Customer service is nonexistent. Update: After this review they did send me the correct bag, BUT, they made me pay to send the incorrect bag back to them. After repeated attempts to get a refund for the shipping, nothing happened. I like the bag, but don’t have much good to say of the company.

I would like to return the product and as another customer noted the portal takes you in circles and just submits your reply back to you. I'm hoping someone in bagsmart will see this. Do not order unless you are 100% sure you are keeping it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. it’s a scam, i ordered an almost $120.00 travel backpack and received a plastic laundry basket. The email is the only way to contact them and it’s just a bot.
