I ordered a bag to use for my mobile IV inventory because I like that the back packs open from the front. However, the first bag I ordered was a little too small for all of my inventory. I do wish the return process was a little more seamless and you do have to pay for the return shipping, however, when I emailed Bagsmart to request the return, they offered me some options and worked with me to come up with a solution. Haven't used any of the bags yet but, great customer service and timely responses! Would definitely suggest to others.

They were very prompt to respond and assist with amending an order quickly the same day. Was able to make the adjustment and still ship it the same days were incredibly helpful and quick to respond and make adjustments.

Excellent value and top notch quality with the 22 liter backpack Blast Elite backpack. I’ve had lots of larger bags, and 22 liters is the sweet spot for my travel needs. Has just enough space for essentials and pockets to keep important items handy. Features I appreciate are the trolley pass-through (because I use this for travel) and the handles for easy carrying. I had one small issue which the folks at Bagsmart helped with to my satisfaction.

Super happy with my snazzy bags from Bagsmart. Went to Spain with my new carry on back pack that has so many compartments and can store a ton of stuff. Love the convenience of the zippered pocket on top so it opens up like a hood of a car. Very practical and came home with a white bag, still white Great quality and highly recommend. Excellent customer communication and product. Will buy again.
