We purchased four Blast Travel Backpacks for an overseas trip. They were dispatched from Bagsmart quickly and transited to Melbourne but then appeared to get stuck doing circles with the transport company which I was able to follow with my tracking link. I reached out to Bagsmart to see if they could lodge an enquiry with the carrier service as our trip was fast approaching and we really needed our backpacks to arrive. Bagsmart did that and responded to me immediately with a Plan B in the event that that the courier didn’t meet our deadline. I was really reassured by their professionalism and the steps they quickly put in place to ensure I would have my delivery on time. Whatever they did with the courier company got things moving and by the next day all four backpacks had arrived. This was incredible service. The Blast Travel Backpacks were amazing travel companions- we all got different colours to match our suitcase and couldn’t believe how much we could fit in them- so many pockets! They looked great, were comfortable to wear and my laptop was so safe in the padded compartment. Now my son has decided to keep using his for Uni - how versatile. From travel luggage, to overnight bag to Uni bag. I’m so glad we purchased these and it was a breath of fresh air to deal with such a responsive Australian company. I recommend Bagsmart!

Excellent customer service, second to none!

I had already tried and loved the BAGSMART Zora Spacesaver Toiletry Bag, which I purchased through Amazon, so when I was preparing for an overseas trip, I decided to order the Blast Pro 38L Travel Backpack directly from BAGSMART’s website. While choosing the color and version, I accidentally ordered the TPU Travel Backpack in Carmine Red, then realized after placing the order that it was different from the version I originally wanted, which included a shoe compartment. I replied to the order confirmation email asking what my options were, honestly not expecting much. I was genuinely shocked to get a very quick reply from a real person, on a Sunday, no less. They immediately paused my order, swapped it to the backpack I actually wanted, and made it very easy to pay the small difference. The change only delayed shipment by one day, which felt more than reasonable. The bag hasn’t arrived yet, so this review is just for the ordering and customer service experience so far, but I’m already impressed. My only feedback would be that the website could make the different backpack versions and features a little easier to compare, since the product options weren’t super easy to distinguish. That said, my interaction with their team was excellent. They definitely earned my trust as a customer, and I’m excited to get the bag and use it while traveling across Europe.

I received my Blast Pro 43L Roller Backpack in Shade Blue today, and it is absolutely amazing. While I thought my previous Bagsmart was great, the upgrades on this model are outstanding. I recieved top-notch customer service. Bagsmart Customer Service responses were quick, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. I will intentionally choose to do business with this company whenever I can.
