So I wanted to update my previous review being not so pleasant about my ordered bag. Customer service was incredible in sorting out the issue and Im forever grateful. Athena was lovely and kind and a pleasure to deal with. Quick responses and she organised a replacement bag to be sent ASAP. I received it just over a week to Perth so well in time for my trip. Outstanding customer service and the bag is incredible too so I’m super happy with the outcome. Thanks Athena your brilliant .The bag has heaps of pockets and is going to be so handy using. I got the blue which I love so buy it, totally worth it.

I have a couple of their bags now, the 43L Roller backpack and their Farolight backpack, and I love their quality and design. I love pockets and separate compartments to organise my stuff and these bags tick all the boxes! I also have their packing cubes, and same great quality. Highly recommend this company.. they’ve stolen my custom from my previous preferred brand!

Ich hab mir fürs Reisen den "Blast 28L Travel Backpack" bestellt und bin total begeistert. Er bietet sehr viel Platz, die Fächer sind geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Und zum ersten Mal hab ich einen Rucksack mit anständigem Laptop-Fach :) Die "Blast Packing Cubes" sind mir für diesen Rucksack leider zu groß bzw nehmen trotz der Komprimierung etwas zu viel Platz weg. Dennoch kann ich mir vorstellen, dass die für die Nutzung in einem Koffer super praktisch sind. Die "Crush Comestic Bag", die ich noch dazu erhalten habe ist ebenfalls super! Richtig gut durchdacht und super praktisch aufgeteilt. Eine bessere Waschtasche hatte ich noch nicht bisher und ich hab schon einige ausprobiert. Habe mir jetzt zusätzlich für den Alltag noch den "Paz 28L Backpack" bestellt. Bin echt begeistert von den Produkten :)

I have received my Blast 38L backpack just yesterday. I usually resist internet purchase because sometimes they are not as described. But this backpack is. As strange as it seems after half a day packing bits and pieces in for an upcoming trip, I am still finding little useful zippered pockets to use! I won't know how it travels until next week, but I am nerdily excited to take it away and try - very happy with the whole experience :)

My experience with BAGSMART started with some difficulties: my backpack did not arrive before I had to return to Brazil. However, the BAGSMART support team took the time to understand my situation and treated me with genuine care and kindness. They showed empathy and offered a solution that went beyond what I expected. It’s a shame I can’t buy BAGSMART products directly in Brazil yet. Once my Blast Pro 43L Roller Backpack reaches me, I’ll update this review with my thoughts on its quality. For now, I’m very grateful to the team for how well they have looked after me.

Leider hat die Lieferung etwas länger gedauert als erwartet und die Informationen von GLS waren sehr schlecht. Der Kundenservice von Bagsmart hat sich aber schnell, freundlich und äußerst professionell um mein Anliegen gekümmert. Es wurde mir sofort ein Ersatz oder eine Rücküberweisung angeboten. Erlebt man heutzutage leider sehr selten. Der Rucksack selbst ist so wie er Online dargestellt wurde und ist gut verarbeitet. Sollte ich wieder einen Rucksack brauchen werde ich als erstes bei Bagsmart schauen.

I purchased both the Blast and the Blast Pro 43L Roller. Unfortunately, one of the wheels on the Pro is damaged and needs to be replaced. However, the products are well-built and meet my needs. It seems that this damage occurred during my travels to Africa, where baggage handlers can be careless. I emailed customer support with pictures and a video, and without hesitation, Bagsmart decided to replace my Pro with a new one. I couldn't ask for more! The process was hassle-free, and it took no time for them to make the decision to replace it. The product itself is excellent, and the customer support is outstanding. Moving forward, I will be purchasing my luggage from Bagsmart.
