I purchased the black duffel bag as part of a ‘buy 1 get 1 free promotion’ and was only sent one bag. I did purchase other items which were sent. I sent an email but there was no response. I then used the email form on the website to reach out and have not yet received a response. I have just sent a 3 email to a different address which was supplied on their FB account. Their Instagram account is not accessible and I also believe the bags are not of great quality compared to the price they are charging. I could have purchased similar quality on Temu or AliExpress for a fraction of the cost. Will not purchase items again from this company.

I ordered a backpack, the next day I got notification it was out of stock, and they weren't sure when it would be available again. They offered to cancel the order and let me change which items I picked. Since I wanted that specific backpack I canceled my order. The next day I got an email with a refund along with a message, which said they canceled my order and that my refund would be credited in 7 business days. The credit arrived soon after. Overall I was happy with the quick information flow and helpful customer service, but I was disappointed by the "historic information" as they call it in their Terms of Service, meaning the information on their website is not up to date — including stock information.

I am modifying this review as I have rec'd very quick contact from Bagsmart and a partial refund. The item is extremely poor quality and undersize. Not like the description online (which has now miraculously disappeared). I would no use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution.
