Does not follow their return policy!
I purchased a bag I did not like. The return policy says to email with reason for return and they'll send the return address. Sounds simple, but they made this very difficult. It took multiple emails to return it. I followed the return policy and emailed with the reason I did not want to keep it. Bagsmart replied and asked for the reason for the return. I repeated that I didn't like the organization. I waited 5 days with no response and emailed again. This time I was told to return at my expense, but no return address was given. I emailed AGAIN to ask for return address and am still waiting.
